I get it, not everyone enjoys working out all of the time and we definitely aren’t fans of giving up our favorite foods or drinks either. We want to look good in a swimsuit, but most of the time it’s difficult to prioritize living a healthy lifestyle. I mean have you ever tried to go to the gym, and then spend half a day on meal prep? Many of us experience daily stress, which can cause us to feel helpless, lost, or unmotivated. My passion is helping people find convenient ways to incorporate an exercise program, and change poor eating habits without starving themselves. I meet you where you are at, and we add value to your routine and diet, rather than eliminating and setting unrealistic goals. I help my clients choose short term and long term goals that are realistic, so that they feel accomplished and feel good about prioritizing time each day for themselves. Whether it's to workout, manage stress, sleep longer, eat more fruits and vegetables, move more throughout the day, recover, or just look good naked. This in return improves all aspects of their life. I know that there isn’t one approach that fits every individual, and I have been trained in a range of modalities, which allows me to help people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. My educational background includes a M.Ed and B.S. both in Exercise Science from Tennessee State University in Nashville.
