New to CrossFit? Foundations will take you through the movements, language, and class structure of a typical CrossFit class. You will leave feeling confident about joining our group classes and ready to achieve positive results. Please register at least 48 hours prior to first class starting.

Looking for an individualized fitness program?

Our certified coaches will work one on one with you to discuss short and long term goals. We take the time to find out exactly what you’re looking to get out of a fitness program and do pre screenings to assess any limiting movement patterns, as well as strengths. This will help determine the best plan moving forward to assist you in being successful at crushing your goals. We all seek training for different reasons and at Old Hickory CrossFit we are here to hold you accountable to yourself and motivate you no matter what your WHY is.
